Order placed but not paid (yet)

Unfortunately, it now appears that payment for your order has failed. This could have happened for many reasons. Because you aborted the payment or because there is a technical malfunction with us or the bank providers, for example.

I did pay!

Do you suspect you just paid for your order? Please check first if there is an actual bank transfer. If there is, our website will register it (quickly). Our team will then process your order as soon as possible. Of course, you can also call our customer service, so we can check the status of your order immediately.

Did the payment fail?

This can happen. Your order has been reserved and re-ordering is not necessary. You can retry payment of the order through your account. If the payment was successful, it will be processed as soon as possible.

I want to cancel my order

Canceling your order completely is not a problem. Just contact our customer service, and you will not receive any more payment reminders from us.
