Exchanges and returns

We would really like all our products to meet your expectations, but unfortunately that is impossible. Sometimes the item does not sit well and sometimes the 'live' is just disappointing. Returns are part of shopping. We respect your decision and hope that we (have) been able to make you happy with another article.

We ask you to handle our products with care, not to damage the packaging and not to fold bras together to avoid damaging the cups.

Our lingerie and swimwear may of course be tried on indoors, but not worn. We would also kindly ask you to try on lingerie or swimwear that does not have a hygiene strip over your own pants. Please do not store our items in smoky rooms, in the kitchen or near pets. Lingerie and swimwear that no longer smells fresh, or looks clean, can and will obviously no longer be offered to our customers.

We believe it is important that our customers can be sure that the hygienic products are new when they are delivered. Because we sell underwear and lingerie we have to apply strict return conditions to ensure this hygiene. In order to return products there are a number of conditions attached which you can read in the Return and Cancellation Conditions. Furthermore, we ask you to handle our products with care, do not damage the packaging and do not fold bras to prevent damage to the cups.

Exchanges


Would you prefer to exchange your order for an alternative size or a different product in return? Then follow this simple procedure to make it go smoothly:
 
  1. First, register your return using the normal procedure explained below.
  2. Then place a new order as usual. Our system will know that something is coming back and will give you the option to offset the order against it under the payment method.
 
Once we receive your return, we will credit the amount to be received to your account. Your new order is then offset against this amount and if the amount to be received is equal to the amount to be paid, it goes directly into the mail. If it turns out that you have to pay an additional amount after settlement, we will notify you by e-mail with the option of paying it online.
 
If you have any credit left in the account after settlement and would like to receive it in your bank account, please contact our customer service.
 
This method prevents someone else from snatching your size or product from you because we have not yet been able to process your return. We will keep your new order reserved for you for 14 days.
 

Returning


You are responsible for returning the package correctly; proper packaging, sufficient postage and correct addressing are simple steps that make handling easier. Keep the track-and-trace code safe and at least until the return is actually handled by us. It is good to know that you bear the cost of return shipping yourself.

Before you return a product to us you will have to claim the right of withdrawal by filling in the form designed for that purpose; we have simplified and digitized this as far as possible. Registering a return is super easy and takes no more than 7 small steps.

  1. Go to"Returns" in your account.
  2. Log in when prompted by the website.
  3. Select the order from which you wish to return one or more products.
  4. Enter the quantity to be returned per item.
  5. Comment on the reason for your return.
  6. Press 'Create a return form'.
  7. You will see a summary of your return form. Print this form by clicking on 'Print return form'. If you do not have a printer, write the return number on the packing slip.

 

Please include the return form/packing slip with the items to be returned. Be careful not to fold bras together.
