Shipping & Shipping Costs

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 noon, depending on the payment method chosen, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in doing so the order will be shipped the next working day.

In principle, all our products are available directly from stock, as stated on the product pages. If this is different, there is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not be able to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible by e-mail.

All our prices are including VAT but excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are per order, from € 5,95. If the purchase amount is € 45 or more, we bear the shipping costs.

We only ship via insured parcel post. For the shipping of standard packages we use the services of DPD.

In some exceptional cases we send a parcel with PostNL, this choice is up to us when we think DPD cannot answer the requested service. The possible extra cost is for our account.

We only ship cash on delivery parcels via PostNL. In addition to the shipping costs, we also charge cash on delivery costs of € 13.40. This you have to pay in advance, the other invoice amount you can pay upon delivery to the deliveryman. C.O.D. costs are not included in the free shipping arrangement.

For some countries - especially those outside the EU - we charge 'zone bonus'. Any area surcharges are not included in the free shipping arrangement and will be notified to you before the order is completed.

Parcel delivery from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 6 pm. As sender of your parcel we use the DPD Predict service so we let you know on which day and what time period the delivery will take place.

With the 14-digit package number mentioned in this mail you can follow your package on www.dpd.nl. If you are not in possession of the parcel number, you can request it from us as the sender of the parcel.

The driver makes one delivery attempt as standard.
Weren't you at home during the first delivery attempt? Then the driver will try to deliver your parcel to the neighbours or to the nearest Pickup parcel shop on his route.

The driver left you a notification stating where your package is. Follow the instructions on this note and you will receive your package as soon as possible.
