Return & Cancellation Terms.

Cancel
You can always cancel an order free of charge, as long as it has not been shipped by us. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped you can refuse it upon delivery.

We will refund a cancelled or rejected order to you within 14 days at the latest. This period starts as soon as the package is received by us.

Returns
We ask you to handle our products with care, not to damage the packaging and not to fold bras to prevent damage to the cups. About returning products we are not so difficult, please take a look at the rules below so you know what to expect and not to have any surprises.

  • Except for gift vouchers, all products can be returned without any problem.
  • After receiving the products you have a 14-day cooling-off period. During this period you can cancel your purchase.
  • After you have cancelled the purchase within the stipulated period - in accordance with the right of withdrawal - you have 14 days to return the order.
  • The costs of the return shipment are for your own account, as well as the responsibility of the delivery; therefore keep your Track & Trace code carefully. Make sure you have sufficient postage and a correct address.
  • The amount to be reimbursed is the sum of the purchase amounts of the returned products; when you have returned the entire order we will also reimburse the shipping costs (from us to you) if they are charged to you.
  • The refund is at the latest within 14 after revocation, provided that the return is received in good order.
  • The refund will be made using the same means of payment with which you paid.
  • In addition to the above points, the General Delivery Terms apply.

We charge in the following situations
These are costs that are actually charged to us when such a situation occurs. The amount is an aggregate that consists of the shipping cost, a "penalty fee" and fuel surcharge. The charge will be deducted from any refundable amount.

  • Failure to pick up your package at a pickup location (€ 12.64).
  • Giving an incorrect address (€ 12.64).
  • Offering a parcel for return shipment to a DPD Pickup Shop (€ 12.64).

 

Are you using a customs form. Please indicate on this form that it is a return of consumer goods. Any costs charged to us for failure to do so will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

You may still wish to receive the order. We will ship the package after you have paid shipping costs again.
