Contest Terms & Rules

Below are the terms of action and game rules that apply to all of Dutch Designers Outlet ®'s contests, reviews and other promotions. Read them carefully and you will be fully aware of the rules that apply.

General game rules

1. Win actions, review actions and other promotions are issued by Dutch Designers Outlet ® based in Nijmegen. Win actions, review actions and other promotions are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in actions is free of charge.
3. Each participant can participate in an action a maximum of once.
4. Participants are obliged to provide correct, current and complete information when participating in a contest or review action.
5. Participants must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code.
6. The duration of the promotion is indicated in the description of the promotion.
7. To participate, participants must be at least 16 years of age and reside in the Netherlands or Belgium. All other participants may be excluded from participation.
8. Winner will be drawn randomly and impartially.
9. Winners will be informed personally within 5 working days after the close of an action via the e-mail address used to participate in the action.
10. Dutch Designers Outlet ® may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, modify or amend these terms and conditions of action during the action period, or without giving any reason, modify or amend the Action unless this results in disadvantage to the participant.
11. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
12. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods.
13. If gaming tax must be paid, Dutch Designers Outlet ® will take care of this.
14. Employees of Dutch Designers Outlet ® are excluded from participation.
15. Personal data obtained in the context of win and review actions will only be used by Dutch Designers Outlet ® for the relevant action and will not be provided to third parties.
16. In cases not provided for in these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by Dutch Designers Outlet ®.
17. Dutch Designers Outlet ® acts with its promotions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance dated January 1, 2014.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
19. Participants who do not comply with the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
20. Credits obtained from any form of promotion or offer have an expiration period of one calendar year starting at the time of receipt unless otherwise indicated.

• You get 1 item free with the purchase of 3 selected items or more.
• In the event of a return where the qoutum of 3 is no longer met, the discount will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
• 3-for-2-pay discounts cannot be applied to a new order.

If you receive a refund after a return, the price paid will be refunded. If you have paid a promotional/offer price, logically the reduced price will be refunded. If an order does not meet the action conditions after return, we reserve the right to refuse the offer/discount.
